Sleep Book
EDITORIAL | ARTIST BOOK
The “Sleep Book” is a hand bound booklet that recounts the different types of sleeping patterns one can have. This booklet stemmed from the questions of “What are paths? What can be a path?” and so I challenged myself to take something intangible, like sleep, and give it a new life form within print. I interviewed four individuals with very different types of sleeping patterns in order to show that the idea of sleep is not always as simple as one might think. Through the typography and layout, one should be able to understand what type of sleeping habits that individual has or in some cases, must endure.
